The work-related stress risk assessment for an organisation, team or site, built on the six HSE Management Standards areas — demands, control, support, relationships, role and change — with a gap check against what should be in place in each, construction prompts for long hours and travel, weather and programme pressure, job security, isolation and working away, the evidence gathered in aggregate, a 5×5 rating before and after actions, the talk with the workers, the action plan, review and sharing, and an optional confidential individual page with its data protection basis, retention and access set out.
