Licence

What you may and may not do with the documents, in plain terms. The binding version is clause 4 of the terms of sale.

You may:

• Use, edit and reproduce the templates within your own business, forever. The licence is perpetual — no subscription, no expiry.
• Use them on projects you carry out for your clients.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sub-licence, publish or share the templates — edited or unedited, paid or free.
• Incorporate them into any product or service offered to third parties as templates.

The copyright in the templates remains with us. One purchase covers one business; the licence is non-transferable.
