Builder's Quotation
The quotation a builder or trade sends before the job: who the business is, the customer and the site, the scope with inclusions and exclusions, priced lines to a total price including VAT, provisional sums and how they are settled, start and duration, deposit and stage payments, how long the price stands, the guarantee and after-sales details, the plain rights line, the acceptance signatures — and, for a contract made away from the builder's premises or at a distance, the statutory model cancellation instructions (with the work-only or work-with-goods wording) and the model cancellation form.
