Workmanship Guarantee Certificate
The builder's written guarantee to the customer for the work on a described job: who gives it, the property and the work, the start date and period, the choice of cover, the few fair exclusions, how to claim and how quickly the builder responds, whether a buyer of the property can use it, the customer's legal rights for the work and the goods (which do not end when the guarantee does), and the plain line that a guarantee is only as good as the business giving it unless it is insurance-backed.
