Young Person Risk Assessment
The assessment made before a young person starts work, with the rule that a child comes onto construction work only on arranged work experience: the seven factors reg 3(5) requires, the five kinds of work reg 19(2) keeps them from and the narrow training exception, restrictions and supervision, the young worker hours and rest limits, and the information given to a parent of a child before the start.
